Share the important details
Tell us about non-running condition, steering or brake problems, low clearance, leaks, modifications, alarms and extra items. Supply the correct model, year and vehicle mass.
Make the handover simple
Arrange authority to release the car, a working key and a contact at each end. Make sure the pickup location has the agreed access and safe loading space.
Record the condition
Take clear, dated photos before handover and agree how existing marks and damage will be recorded. Do not put private documents or valuables in the vehicle.
Agree what travels
Remove or secure loose items as instructed. Confirm fuel level, accessories and any belongings with the operator rather than assuming they are permitted or covered.
