Privacy notice

MGM Transport collects the details you enter so we can assess your requested vehicle move, prepare a quote and contact you.

Information collected

This may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, preferred date and any notes you provide.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, plan transport services, maintain business records and understand which campaigns generate work. Campaign tags and advertising click identifiers can be saved with your enquiry. Optional analytics load only with your consent. We do not sell your information.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website database. Access is restricted to authorised operators and service providers. Hosting and email services may process information outside Australia. Your private status link shows route, vehicle and status information, not contact details; keep it private.

App estimates and optional maps

Choosing “Show my estimate” sends your route and vehicle details to our server and saves an estimate, without requiring your contact details. An estimate can be used to send an enquiry for 24 hours unless rates change; this expiry does not delete the record. Contact details are saved only when you send your enquiry. The App does not save these details on your device. When configured, CARTO (with OpenStreetMap map data) or Google Maps loads only after you choose to load the map. The map provider receives normal browser connection data; MGM does not send your contact details, campaign tags or precise device location to the map. The map shows city centres, not live vehicle tracking.
